Hiya, I’m Matt.

My passion for photography was unearthed at university, but my fascination with art began before I can even remember. Photography is about telling a story, and each one of my clients has a story to tell.

After a career in commercial photography, working for various clients and featured in Vogue, I relocated back to Hampshire in 2017 to set up Mathew Johnston Photography. Throughout many years as a photographer, I have gained a wealth of knowledge.

I specialise in timeless, artistically reported style wedding photography that captures beautiful natural moments, genuine emotions, and romantic frames, telling your wedding story in a way that is natural and uniquely yours.
